Program terms
Restaurant referrals. You get one month of credit once the referred restaurant stays past 30 days. On an annual plan, one month is added to your year. One reward per referred restaurant.
Attribution. A pilot registration protects the partner for 90 days. Partner links count for 120 days. The first partner to register a restaurant gets it.
Partner price. Restaurants that come through a partner or a referral get 10% off their first 3 months, then move to the list price.
Clawback. If a restaurant cancels within 30 days, the reward or payout is reversed.
Disclosure. Partners must tell their clients they earn from AskCogi.
Payments. Monthly, 30 days after the client pays, through PartnerStack, with a W-9 on file.
